To become a member of Te Awamutu Sports Cycling, all you need to do is complete this membership form in full and give it - along with payment of your membership fee - to Russell Mudgway, the club's Membership Secretary. You can either do this at a Club event, or post it to Russell Mudgway c/- Te Awamutu Sports Cycling, PO Box 127, Te Awamutu.

Regardless of the type of licence you apply for on this form, you'll also need to complete a BikeNZ application form.
